We hope that you fall in love with your purchases, however we do understand that shopping online doesn't always go as planned. So we offer returns for exchange or store credit.

Our Returns Policy

• We do not offer refunds for returns, instead we offer exchange or store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code and will never expire
• Item(s) must be returned to our head office within 14 of receiving the item
• We do not accept returns on sale items
• We only accept returns if the item is in its original condition: unused, unwashed and with all packaging and tags
• We do not accept returns on undergarments, earrings, swimsuits.
• Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer
• We process our returns within 7 business days of receiving the item(s)
• Returns or cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 2,9% of order value

How to Return

We will then issue you with a Returns Authorization Form and an RA#. Instructions on how to proceed will be outlined clearly in reply. Please print this form and include it in the return parcel.
